To protect your jewelry, we recommend removing it before bathing, swimming or participating in activities that could cause damage. If your jewelry gets wet, make sure you dry it. How does the returns process work?

If you would like to initiate a return for your purchase, we invite you to our returns center, located in the footer. Once there, register your products online and head to the nearest post office, where you can say goodbye to your package and send it back to us. We will not refund any costs associated with returning your items.

How long does shipping take?
