RETURN CONDITIONS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, a return or exchange can take place under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be reported within 14 days.
  • The return must be received by us within 14 days of registration.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and any labels.

WHY ADD TRACK & TRACE TO THE RETURN SHIPMENT?

After receiving the jewelry, you are primarily responsible for returning the items correctly. To prevent loss, we therefore strongly recommend adding track & trace to the shipment, this gives you a good view of the shipping status of the package.
