How can I arrange my return?

Want to return one or more items? No problem – we're happy to help!
Please send your return request using the form below or to: customerservice@alitervivere.com and include the following information in your return request:

• Your order number

• The products you wish to return

• The reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
Once we receive your request, we will send you the return address so you can send your shipment.

Can I exchange?

Did you order the wrong size, or would you prefer a different item? No problem — exchanging is very easy with us.

Please submit your exchange request via the form below, or email us at customerservice@alitervivere.com .
Please include your order number in your request
Please indicate which products you wish to exchange.
You will then receive the return address from us. As soon as we have received the item to be exchanged, we will send you the new item free of charge.

6 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange the product under the following conditions:

1. 14 DAYS COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this via our return form or by contacting our customer service.

2. RETURN PERIOD AFTER REGISTRATION
After your registration you have 14 days to actually send the product back to us. Make sure that the package has arrived with us within this period.



3. CONDITION OF PRODUCT
The item must be returned in its original condition – i.e. unworn, undamaged, clean and complete with all associated packaging, tags and accessories.


4. RETURN NOTIFICATION
Returns that have not been registered with us in advance, unfortunately, cannot be processed. Therefore, always register your return first.

5. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
As a customer, you are responsible for a correct and safe return shipment. We advise to always send your return with a traceable shipping method (track & trace).

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense, unless there is an error on our part or a production error.
